1. General Terms

By ordering you are agreeing to my terms of service:

⁕I don't work full time⁕
• Because of this, I may not finish the drawing in such a short time due to my day-to-day life.
⁎I study, so during exam weeks I won't have as much time to draw⁎Please do not claim my drawing⁎
⁎You are NOT allowed to use my art as an NFT or any AI art generator.
⁎Commissions intended for commercial use, such as store banners or business profile icons, must be notified to me before starting!
• If you purchase a commission, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED to use it to market a product with it emblazoned on or being used in any way.
⁎Be clear with your commission details so there is no confusion.
⁎Urgent commissions can range in amounts up to $50
⁎I have the right to work on other artworks during the commissioning process.
⁎The finished file will be sent in high resolution via Google drive or email.
⁑If you are unable to contact the buyer, it will be posted on my social media.⁑
⁎I have the right to post, record, stream, take photos and upload the commission art process on my social media or any website.
•Ask me first if you don't want me to post the process.

2. Payments

⁎Refunds cannot be issued for completed commissions.
⁎I accept payments via PayPal and pix until now.
⁎The payment must be made 50% before the beginning of the artwork and 50% after confirmation of the sketch, the final artwork will be sent normally.
⁎Clients who choose to pay the full amount before the artwork begins will have priority on the waiting list.
⁎I have the right to cancel a work of art and issue a refund.
⁎Do not remove my signature.
⁎Extras (animals, objects...etc) will have an additional cost of $10-$50

3. Process

⁎Be clear with your art changes! Maximum 10 changes per commission.
(Once sold out as changes, a small fee will be charged for new changes)
⁎The client will not be able to modify the final commission file without my authorization.

4. Cancellation/Refund Policies

*if the order is canceled after confirmation or the beginning of the design, only 50% of the amount will be refunded
*if painting has already started, no refund will be issued
* orders not started, in case of cancellation the amount will be refunded!

The commissioner is allowed:

⁎Use copyrighted artwork for personal use.
⁎Print the art, claim the right to your character, but not the drawing itself.
⁎will use the artwork to promote themselves, but credit the artist accordingly.
⁎You can use it as a banner or profile cover for your store, but with due credit.

THE COMMISSIONER IS NOT PERMITTED:

⁎Remove my subscriptions.
⁎Altering artwork without my consent.
⁎Take credit for artwork.
⁎Use my art as NFT or in AI generator.
⁎Reproduce or use copyrighted art commercially, earning money from it in any way without my consent.
